HOLLISTER HEADQUARTERS – Libertyville, IL

The Hollister Headquarters was built in the early 1980’s; including a cafeteria that was state of the art at that time. Over the years a few cosmetic upgrades were applied to the server, but with no functional changes. In 2011 it was decided to completely renovate and modernize the facility to serve the current site population of 600 people.

The principals of S2O Consultants, Inc. were hired to plan and design the foodservice facilities.  The full service kitchen and servery were re-designed to accommodate the dining needs of up to 600 people, plus catering to meeting rooms throughout the building.  The kitchen and servery were designed to provide both self-service and served meals in a modern, open environment.
