A.J GALLAGHER HEADQUARTERS  – Rolling Meadows, IL

The project was a 315,000-square-foot complete gut renovation of the new global corporate headquarters of Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. in 2016, the world’s fourth largest insurance broker moved its 1,475 employees to 2850 Golf Road in Rolling Meadows, IL. Along with recladding the entire exterior of the building, the build-out consisted of new dining facilities, a commercial kitchen, conferencing facilities, fitness club and executive office spaces. Work also included the addition of a new front entrance and rear café, rooftop terrace, as well as a new front center drive.

The principals of S2O Consultants, Inc. were hired to provide complete programming, planning and design of the food service facilities as well as construction documents and administration.
