The hotel features four public restaurants: Avenues, one of Chicago’s top-rated fine-dining venues, The Lobby, serving three meals per day plus afternoon tea, Pierrot Gourmet, a street-side casual café, and The Shanghai Terrace gourmet Chinese restaurant.

The principals of S2O Consultants provided complete foodservice planning and design  for all the food and beverage facilities in the hotel, including the main kitchen, bakery, staff dining, banquet pantries, Chinese restaurant kitchen, and the street-level café. Also included was the hotel laundry, dry-cleaning and pressing for guest garments.
