STRYKER – Kalamazoo, MI
The project included a new 2200 sq. ft. kitchen and servery in an existing building. There were approximately 300 ppl. in the initial phase for the new building with an anticipated future growth. The client expected an initial participation of 120-140 people. The menu involved one main entrée per day, salad bar, grab-n-go items, snacks and beverages.
