S2O Consultants Worked with Shive-Hattery and Ajinomoto on their 55,000 SF Health and Nutrition Build-Out in Itasca. S2O designed multiple test labs and kitchens as well as a separate engagement center for intimate cooking events. The multiple test labs and kitchens provide sleek, polished spaces for experimentation.
