Located in the River North neighborhood is a Chicago’s boutique hotel, the Godfrey Hotel.

The Godfrey Hotel provides 221 rooms guest rooms and suites, a 4th floor that encompasses approximately 15,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor space, including 10,000 square feet of meeting and event space and I|O Urban Roofscape.  I/O is the largest indoor/outdoor rooftop lounge in Chicago.

The principals of S2O Consultants provided complete foodservice planning and design for all the food and beverage facilities in the hotel, including the main kitchen, and rooftop bar.  Also included was the hotel laundry, dry-cleaning and pressing for guest garments.
